Three important things will affect all citizen of this country from 1st April 2009. These are :
1. Draw money from any ATM without any charges.

Important to note that banks can still charge extra for cash withdrawal with the use of credit cards and at ATMs located outside
2. NSDL has increased the PAN Application charges.

With effect from April 1, 2009, fees for PAN application has changed to Rs.94. (For dispatch outside India Rs. 744)
3. Birth of Limited Liability Partnership Form of Business Concern
After so much of weight , finally , a corporate business vehicle which will augment professional expertise and entrepreneurial initiative with limited liability for partners while allowing its members the flexibility or organizing their internal structure as a partnership, has been notified on 31.03.2009 and Limited Liability Rules, 2009 notified on 01.04.2009.
