I am working in healthcare field now posted outside India since Aug 06 to Jan07.I am getting sallary in India plus DA in USD.DA has been given in India at the time of leaving India ,by my Indian Company. What are the tax liabilities for me during this period.

The salary and D.A received by you from INDIAN company in INDIA is taxable under Indian tax laws. The income received in India from an Indian company is taxable in India even if one is Non Resident .The daily allowances if any paid to you for any other expense may not be taxable as it is considered as a reimbursement of expense.
