deemed annual valueMore than one house and not showing any house property income ?If yes, it is  a very common query by the income tax authorities why have you not shown any house property income in return as one house in addition to self occupied house is considered deemed let .to pay tax on house property income on deemed annual value . While this query is correct  in most of the cases except in few  where the property was let out in past and in the current year , the house remained vacant through out the year . Will the deemed annual value be charegd to tax in case of such house properties ?
